About CUC Inc.

CUC Inc. is a publicly traded global healthcare services organization, founded in Japan in 2014 and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. CUC operates with a clear mission: Creating Hope Through Healthcare—partnering with physicians to build sustainable, patient centered care models supported by strong operational and clinical infrastructure. Over the past decade, CUC has expanded internationally, working with thousands of healthcare professionals and global partners across Japan, Southeast Asia, and the United States.

In the United States, CUC is focused on expanding office-based and outpatient interventional care platforms, including OBL programs. Individuals who join CUC will partner with a well-capitalized organization that values clinical leadership, program development, and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of outpatient interventional care.

About Interventional Radiology OBL

Backed by the global operational expertise of CUC Inc., we are spearheading a transformation in the U.S. healthcare landscape. We are launching a nationwide network of state-of-the-art Office-Based Labs (OBLs) to deploy MSK (Musculoskeletal) Embolization, an innovative endovascular procedure to treat chronic pain.

In collaboration with leading Interventional Radiologists and KOLs, we are deploying MSK Embolization to address the millions of patients currently underserved by conventional pain management protocols. We aim to redefine the standard of care, offering precision-based recovery through a streamlined, innovative outpatient experience.

Position Summary

We are launching a network of cutting-edge, embolization-focused OBLs across major metropolitan markets. We are seeking a high-caliber, dynamic Clinical Marketing Liaison to spearhead our local market growth. This is not a traditional, field-sales-only role. It is a sophisticated, hybrid position that combines strategic physician outreach, clinical intake operations, and patient-experience quality management. By directly observing patient friction points on clinical days, you will continuously optimize your field strategy to build unmatched trust with referring practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Physician Outreach & Relationship Building (Field-Based)
  • Spend the majority of your time in the field establishing, growing, and maintaining deep referral relationships with regional medical practices including Orthopedic Surgery, Primary Care/Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapists, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, and Pain Management.
  • Position MSK Embolization such as Genicular Artery Embolization as a premier, non-surgical alternative for patients experiencing chronic knee pain who are not ready for a Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) or have hit a ceiling with conservative pain management therapies.
  • Partner with HQ to leverage data-driven target lists while providing critical local intelligence on market and competitive dynamics.
  • Maintain rigorous, up-to-date documentation of all physician contacts, outreach activities, and pipeline health within HubSpot/CRM.
2. Clinical Education & Material Development
  • Provide continuous, evidence-based educational sessions and clinical case discussions for local physicians and their clinical staff.
  • Organize and facilitate Lunch & Learn sessions per month focused on core clinical pathways.
  • Collaborate closely with the corporate Marketing and Clinical teams to develop, refine, and distribute highly effective educational collateral and referral program materials.
3. On-Site OBL Operations & Intake Integration
  • Spend designated operating days on-site at the OBL to manage patient intake coordination, verify schedules, and witness the patient journey firsthand.
  • Identify and document intake bottlenecks (e.g., prior authorization delays or missing clinical documentation) to optimize the referral funnel.
  • Deliver personalized, firsthand clinical outcome feedback reports back to referring physicians within 2 weeks of a successful procedure.

Qualifications

We are looking for an independent, high-performing professional who can seamlessly combine clinical knowledge with a strong sales drive.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills to naturally create and maintain professional healthcare relationships.
  • Sales Background: Experience selling catheters, embolic agents, or IR access devices (such as Boston Scientific, Merit Medical, or Medtronic) is a strong plus.
  • Clinical & Networking Skills: Deep understanding of Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures and a proven ability to build trust with physicians.
  • Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and keep internal teams aligned.
  • CRM Management: A proven track record of managing a medical sales pipeline using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.

Why Join Us?

  • Global Momentum and Proven Success: Be Part of a Global Growth Story: Since its founding in Japan 12 years ago, our company has grown rapidly, achieving a public listing and building a network of over 10,000 employees and partners worldwide. Now, we are bringing the same momentum to the U.S., driving transformative growth in a dynamic healthcare industry.
  • Mission-Driven Innovation and Impact: Support a socially responsible mission that enables the company to focus on improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Career Transformation: Transition from traditional based roles to a leadership position in the fast-growing outpatient interventional market.
  • Financial Upside: Competitive compensation plus performance incentives and long-term equity potential.

Salary and Benefits

CUC, Inc. offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. This includes a market-competitive base salary, performance-based incentive opportunities, and a solid benefits package.

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, PTO & Holidays.
