Interventional Radiologist  – Mid Michigan
 
A hospital in Mid Michigan is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to support call coverage. This opportunity is ideal for experienced IR physicians seeking a hospital setting within a collaborative, well-supported department.
 
Job Overview
  • Specialty: Interventional Radiology (Locums)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Flexible
  • Schedule:
    • Onsite: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
    • Call: Every 3rd weekday and every 3rd weekend
  • Patient Volume: Average of 8 cases per day
  • Practice Setting: Hospital-based | Level I Trauma Center
  • Case Mix & Procedures: Angioplasty, Stent placement, Embolization, Needle biopsies, Thrombolysis, Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)
  • Additional preferred experience: Orthopedic, Gynecology, and Urology procedures
  • Travel/Lodging: Reimbursed
  • Compensation: Market‑competitive locum rates, discussed individually based on experience and schedule expectations

 
Job Requirements
  • Board Certification: Interventional Radiology
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years Interventional Radiology experience
  • Licensure: Active Michigan medical license
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS
