Compensation

  • Year 1 Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Income Potential: Expected total take-home income of $750,000 to over $1,000,000 annually
  • Partnership Track: Clear partnership opportunity for clinicians (may involve a buy-in)
  • Production Incentives: RVU-based bonuses available
  • Signing & Relocation: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered

Requirements

  • Valid and active unrestricted state medical license to practice medicine
  • BC or BE
  • Proven ability to perform advanced interventional pain procedures (e.g., spinal cord stimulators, kyphoplasty, SI joint fusion)
  • Deep knowledge of current comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans for acute and chronic pain
