Position Overview

Interstate Roof is seeking experienced full-cycle sales closers who can independently generate leads, inspect roofs, close deals, and manage projects through completion.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor, commission-only role designed for individuals who are confident in the field, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of handling the full sales process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is financially disciplined, physically capable, and experienced in commission-based sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and self-source leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
