• Primary contact with owners, adjusters, and consultants
• Residential property estimating experience in excess of $50,000+
• Commercial property estimating experience up to $100,000+
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance companies
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others
