Job description

Looking for Class A CDL drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR; trainer time does not count) to join our first-class team. Drivers enjoy predictable home time, competitive pay, and modern equipment, along with the flexibility to bring a rider or pet from day one.

Schedule & Home Time:

· Out 12–14 days, home for 48 hours (flexible home time to accommodate life’s needs)

· Majority of runs are east of I-35, with occasional lower 48 opportunities (excluding NYC & Long Island)

Pay & Earnings:

· Weekly pay $1,260–$1,500+, based on experience

· Starting pay: $0.48-$.60 CPM + $0.03 safety bonus based experience

· Location requirement: Drivers must live north of Orlando and Tampa, FL

Freight & Equipment:

· 100% no-touch freight, with 65% drop-and-hook loads

· Modern trucks: 2021 Freightliner Cascadias and newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250-watt inverters

· Auto restrictions accepted

Driver Requirements – Strict Qualifications:

· No failed or refused DOT drug test ever

o No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last 12 months

o Major moving violations: None in the last year; only 1 in the last 3 years

· Safety: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years; no DOT-recordable incidents in the last 3 years
