Description
Click Here Labs is a full-service, independent digital agency based in Dallas and part of the TRG family. Our expertise spans multiple channels, including website, mobile, social, email, online ad units, AR, VR, AI, and other emerging technologies. This internship is designed to give you real experience in a professional agency environment.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Work alongside our development team on real client and internal projects, contributing code that goes into production
  • Build and maintain websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and custom front-end solutions (React, HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Use AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflow
  • Write documentation for your work, including READMEs and Wiki entries
  • Participate in code reviews, team standups, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Learn agency workflows including project management tools, version control, and client communication practices

What You're Good At
  • A foundation in web development fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Exposure to at least one modern framework or CMS (React, Vue, WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or similar)
  • Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI tools in your development process
  • The ability to take direction well, ask questions when you are stuck, and follow through on tasks
  • Clear communication in writing and conversation
  • Self-motivation and time management across multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and care for the quality of your work

What You Have in Your Background
  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught/bootcamp experience)
  • A portfolio, personal projects, or GitHub profile that demonstrates your development skills
  • Familiarity with Git and version control basics
  • Bonus: Any experience with MCPs or AI-assisted development
