About Aleph Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. What you'll do Lead a team building and scaling end-to-end production systems Set technical direction and raise the engineering bar Hire, develop, and retain exceptional talent Balance high standards with empathy - foster both speed and quality Own outcomes for your team's area of the product The engineering problems we're solving span everything from building thoughtful, performant UIs to complex data modeling and large-scale integrations.
