Job Summary
We represent a company who is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join their dynamic sales team. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, primarily focusing on B2B sales across various territories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outside sales, account management, and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and customer service. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while engaging with clients.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts
  • Deliver compelling consultations tailored to client needs
  • Conduct remote phone or virtual sales conversations with qualified prospects and present solutions, address objections, and close sales.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client retention and long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or phone/virtual sales.
  • Understanding of CRM software platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis abilities to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Experience in account management, upselling, and managing long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills
  • Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required
  • A proactive approach to customer service with a focus on exceeding client expectations
