Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Program Management Intern will assist in building and maintaining customer relations. Expand revenue base by generating orders and revenue forecasts. Help manage multiple customer accounts. Learn to coordinate cross-departmentally with engineering, finance, and Purchasing to achieve objectives. Resolve technical and logistic issues with the customer and factory. Provide cost quotations for customer requests. Manage inventory levels excess and obsolete.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
  • Assist in building and maintaining customer relations, quoting, resolve technical and logistic issues with the customer and the factory.
  • Initiates corrective actions to product schedules when dictated by change in business.
  • Assisting in the generation of order and revenue forecasts.
  • Manage business relationships during new product introduction.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
  • Performs other duties when required that are outside of normal job duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Junior or Senior level Business Management or related studied with equivalent education level standing.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data with some knowledge of spreadsheets and general accounting practices.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The environment is fast-paced; time pressured, and requires accuracy. The normal environment is quiet and typical of an open cubical setting with some areas that may be louder at times.
