Hard Rock Digital

Hollywood, FL • On-site

Full-time

Job description

What are we building
Hard Rock Digital is a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We're building a team passionate about learning, operating, and creating innovative products and technologies for millions of consumers. We care about each customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insight and strive to ensure we always act authentically.
Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital taps into a brand known worldwide as a leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We're bringing that legacy into the digital space - ready to join us?
What's the position?
As a Performance Producer / Video Editor on the Acquisition team, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping Hard Rock Bet's growth engine with a creative mindset rooted in speed, authenticity, and scroll-stopping content. This is a role for someone who thrives in the trenches - producing, editing, and shipping mobile-first creative that gets people to sign up and play.
You're not building 30-second spots for linear TV. You're crafting social-first videos, memes, edits, and creator collabs that feel native to feeds and built for performance. If you can shoot it, edit it in a day, and beat yesterday's CPA - this gig's for you.
You'll bring bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to your work, helping Hard Rock Bet show up authentically for Spanish-speaking audiences. Some travel to campaign shoots is expected.
What You'll Do
  • Be the Compliance Gatekeeper: Make sure every asset is built to win and play by the rules - staying sharp on responsible gaming standards, offer disclaimers, age-gating, and state regulations.
  • Drive Results: Produce high-performing content across paid channels - especially social, UGC, and influencer. Hit timelines, hit budgets, and hit conversion goals.
  • Support Creator & UGC Programs: Help source and guide content creators who can authentically represent the Hard Rock Bet voice in vertical, mobile-first formats.
  • Create Hands-On: Jump in and edit short-form videos, cut reels, mock up stories, and crank out assets tied to timely moments like live games, big wins, or new launches.
  • Turn Strategy Into Action: Partner with our Creative Strategist and Acquisition Managers to translate offers, promos, and odds boosts into content plans built to convert.
  • Measure & Iterate: Review performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) to optimize creative, test new formats, and improve quickly.
  • Show Up On Set: Travel to campaign shoots as needed, capturing paid social content on-set with talent

What are we looking for?
  • 4-6 years in a creative production / editor role, ideally with experience in performance marketing or direct-response video.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English - native Spanish speaker strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  • Deep knowledge (or strong interest) in iGaming, sports betting, or casino content.
  • Strong portfolio featuring paid social video examples - TikToks, Reels, and short-form ads preferred; Spanish-language work strongly encouraged
  • Experience working with influencer and/or UGC content creators from concept to brief, rounds of edits, and launch across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Solid understanding of platform specifications across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts
  • Data-minded - comfortable interpreting KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CTR to guide creative decisions.
  • Comfortable working with legal and compliance teams in a regulated industry.
  • Experience sourcing talent, contracting, coordinating film days, and filming with talent
  • Willing and able to travel to shoots as needed.

What's in it for you?
We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation and benefits. Our team benefits include, but are not limited to:
  • Flexible vacation allowance.
  • Remote or Hybrid Flexibility
  • Innovative Environment: Join a team that thrives on pushing boundaries
  • Growth Opportunities: As we scale, your role will evolve, providing you with unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Diverse and Inclusive: Join a team that values diversity, inclusivity, and embraces varied perspectives.

Roster of Uniques
We care deeply about every interaction our customers have with us, and trust and empower our staff to own and drive their experience. Our vision for our business and customers is built on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where, regardless of background or beliefs, you feel able to be authentic and bring all your talent into play. We want to celebrate you being you (we are an equal opportunity employer).
