Trane Technologies' early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar Engineering-degrees exposure to a variety of assignments which could include: Product Development, Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, Design, and Verification Testing.

  • Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar Engineering degreewith a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
  • Minimum Work Experience: At least one internshiporwork experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skillssuch as:campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or leadership of work projects
  • U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$22.50 - $31.00
