Familiarity with usability testing tools like UserTesting.com, Lookback, or Hotjar, as well as basic knowledge of survey platforms and analytics, is typically required. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to give constructive feedback help interns stand out in this role. The goal is to identify usability issues, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience. Interns may participate in setting up user tests, conducting interviews, collecting data, and reporting findings to product teams. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in UX research and human-centered design for students or recent graduates interested in the technology or design fields.
