Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport airline crew members between the airport and hotel locations
- Deliver a consistently exceptional level of customer service, ensuring comfort, care, and courtesy at every step
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, driving regulations, and time-sensitive schedules
- Assist with luggage handling in a respectful and helpful manner
- Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatch using radio, phone, and in-person updates
- Utilize GPS and flight-tracking software to stay aligned with crew schedules and ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs
- Serve as a reliable and professional representative of 654Global at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Ability to lift and handle up to 75 lbs safely
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Comfortable using technology for navigation and scheduling
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, physical, and MVR report
