How does transportation being provided impact the daily experience of interns in this program?

Having transportation provided significantly eases the daily commute for interns, particularly if the workplace is not easily accessible by public transit or is located in a suburban area. It also allows interns to focus more on their learning and assignments rather than worrying about logistics. Strong communication, adaptability, and reliability are crucial soft skills that help interns integrate into teams and handle new tasks. These skills and qualities ensure interns can make the most of the experience, contribute meaningfully, and transition smoothly into professional roles.
