Description

We’ll trust you to:

  • Provide a wide range of project management, administrative and operational support for the Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments;
  • Anticipate blockers, identify interdependencies, and proactively resolve issues to maintain cross-functional project momentum;
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive delivery and accountability across workflows;
  • Identify and implement improvements to current operations and workflows through Legal, Compliance, and Risk to enhance efficiency;
  • Support a variety of workflows, for example: providing support in litigation and enforcement matters; gathering, organizing and analyzing data to address legal, compliance or risk matters (e.g., regulatory filings and submissions); conducting due diligence; creating, maintaining, and storing legal, compliance and risk documentation (e.g., database management, record keeping).

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience;
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive projects with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet);
  • Demonstrated project management and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage priorities under tight deadlines;
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities;
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

We’d love to see:

  • Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, or Risk functions in a project management or operational role;
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, iManage, Litera/Workshare Compare, e-billing software, e-discovery software or other legal technology or matter management tools;
  • Licensed notary or willingness to become one;
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others;
  • A willingness to take on new tasks and develop new skills.

Salary Range = 75,000 - 95,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
