Toyota experience a plus. This job description summary outlines core aspects of this position, but additional duties may be required on a routine basis. This job description does not constitute the complete responsibilities for this position.   Job Responsibilities for BDC/Internet Manager: Convert opportunities to customers Work in concert with the Sales Manager to ensure vehicle merchandising is on point – photos, descriptions and pricing Set Appointments Confirm Appointments Commit to a short-term and long-term internet lead follow-up process Serve as first point of contact for all inbound sales calls Manage Sales Associate CRM workplans and provide coaching Act as the liaison between the Service Drive Coordinator and the Sales Department Maintain awareness of current advertising and incentives   Are you nodding your head in agreement? Job Requirements:
Automotive BDC/Internet management experience High school diploma or GED Basic knowledge of CRM system, lead providers and website backend tools preferred Highly Professional and dependable Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Lexus Monterey Peninsula provides an industry-leading pay plan including: Annual salary potential up to $115,000 Lucrative weekly, monthly and annual bonus opportunities Opportunity to earn one Saturday off per month Set weekly schedule Professional, fun and safe work environment Health, Vision and Dental Insurance 401K with Employer Match Paid Time Off Comprehensive Training Program by the current BDC & Internet Manager who is being promoted.
