Job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design, develop and maintain technology and data solutions that support core business and investment processes
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver technical solutions, automate workflows and integrate AI capabilities where they create measurable business value
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements gathering, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment using modern engineering best practices

Requirements:

  • Preferred candidate will be a rising Senior (2028) expected to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, with a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, APIs, GIT, and modern development frameworks is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
  • Demonstrated interest in building software, data products, automation, or AI-enabled solutions through coursework, internships, research or personal projects
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with private credit markets, investment strategies, and asset classes is a plus
