Job description

Award winning design firm located in Los Angeles (90063) is looking for a Full-Time Design & Admin Assistant to support our in-house Product Designers and Project Managers.
Skills/Qualifications Required: Extremely organized, excellent verbal and communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and eagerness to learn and participate in all aspects of daily office tasks.
Our firm designs and manufactures luxury lighting, furniture and accessories for high-end hotels casinos, and residential projects worldwide. Our employees are able to get firsthand experience working with many of the most notable architecture and interior design firms in the industry.

Design Support

  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations and design packages
  • Support designers with finish samples, schedules, and design documentation
  • Maintain and organize material and product libraries
  • Liaise with suppliers for samples, pricing, and product specifications
  • Research new products, finishes, and trends in the lighting and design industry

Administrative Support

  • Manage studio calendar, emails, and incoming inquiries
  • Schedule client meetings, team check-ins, and vendor visits
  • Organize project files and ensure all documentation is current and accessible
  • Track orders, delivery timelines, and inventory
  • Assist with general office duties including filing, ordering supplies, and studio upkeep

This is a full-time, in office, paid internship with lots of training and opportunities to grow. Previous admins or office managers that want more design experience are encouraged to apply. Students and recent graduates are also encouraged to apply to join our continually growing team of design talent. Many of our Staff Designers have experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Lighting Design, Theater Set and Lighting Design, Product Design, Art Direction and Props Making.
