Altus is seeking a Master Scheduler to support the Space Development Agency mission
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the PWSA Ground Program (PGP) Director and Ground amp; Launch Cell Director.
  • Retrieve, review, and consolidate ground schedules with ground segment contractors, the government, and across other contractors as needed.
  • Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple sources to develop and maintain a government-specific integrated master schedules (IMS).
  • Maintain cognizance of internal developments to inform scheduling updates and provide ground segment updates as needed.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks, and divergences; present findings to leadership.
  • Perform configuration management functions as directed by the government, to include review of deliverables to ensure contract compliance and on-time CDRL delivery.
  • Work with ground segment contractor counterparts to facilitate timely distribution to, review by, and feedback from SDA subject matter experts.
  • Develop internal briefing material and external-facing schedule products with high standards and attention to detail as directed by the government team.
  • Support product managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders as needed (i.e. Government, Military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, amp; Industry).
  • Provide general support to the SDA as tasked (e.g. coordinate meetings and briefings).
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
  • 3+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Prior experience supporting space system development or the Department of Defense
  • Hands-on proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, principally Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization
  • TS with SCI eligibility
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with EVM and associated contract efforts
