About the Role

Supports the development and validation of data-driven models by analyzing large datasets, identifying insights, and ensuring data quality and accuracy. Works closely with Data Science, Product, and client-facing teams to apply analytics to real-world business problems, contribute to product enhancements, and communicate findings in a clear, actionable way. Learns and applies best practices in modeling, data governance, and regulatory-compliant analytics.

About The Team

Our Data Science team is a collaborative group of analytical problem-solvers who work across products, business stakeholders, and technical teams. As a new team member, you will partner with experienced data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. You will gain exposure to real-world datasets and contribute to analytics and modeling efforts that support business decisions and product development.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze and explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business and product needs.

  • Assist in building, testing, and improving predictive models and analytical solutions.

  • Work with senior team members to translate business questions into data-driven approaches.

  • Create visualizations and summaries to communicate findings in a clear and understandable way.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and analytics) on projects.

  • Support data preparation, quality checks, and validation processes to ensure reliable results.

  • Learn and apply statistical, machine learning, and data analysis techniques to real business problems.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related).

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or machine learning concepts.

  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R) and SQL.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences (with guidance).

  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business concepts.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Bonus If You Have

  • Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis or modeling.

  • Exposure to tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake).

  • Familiarity with SAS or working with large datasets.
