The Cleburne Railroaders are looking for Camera Operations Interns to join the team! The Camera Operations Intern will be responsible for capturing live game action and fan experiences using mobile and stationary cameras. The intern will work closely with the promo lead and technical director to produce high-quality live shots and broadcasts, contributing to an engaging and professional game day presentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Must be available for all gamedays.
  • Serve as a key member of the game day production staff, operating both mobile and stationary cameras to capture live game action and fan experiences.
  • Work closely with the promo lead to coordinate live shots and fan engagement elements throughout the game.
  • Collaborate with the technical director to ensure high-quality broadcast shots and smooth video transitions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events.
  • Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports.
