  • You ask for guidance when needed and escalate issues using sound judgment.

  • You contribute to a dependable team culture by showing up prepared and accountable.

What You’ll BringRequired
  • 1–2 years of experience in telecom, data center operations, or IT support.

  • Working knowledge of CAT 3, CAT 5, and CAT 6 cabling, plus single-mode and multi-mode fiber.

  • Basic understanding of ANSI and TIA/EIA cabling standards.

  • Ability to troubleshoot layer 1 connectivity and basic hardware issues.

  • Experience using ticketing systems to track and document work.

  • Comfort working scheduled shifts in a 24/7 operating environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with terminal access tools such as PuTTY, SSH, or similar.

  • Familiarity with data center hardware such as switches, routers, PDUs, and related equipment.

Working Conditions and Requirements
