Supply Chain Rotational Specialist I - Full-time

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and rapid response to time-sensitive needs.
  • Leverage Technology: Develop expertise in our Enterprise system (SAP) and other tools to maximize efficiency and support stakeholders.
  • Drive Improvement: Actively participate in system improvement projects and other initiatives that enhance customer fulfillment.
  • Be a Team Player: Contribute to our team's goals and priorities while embodying our core competencies.

Rotational Program Tracks:

  • Account Specialist: Manage the domestic and export order fulfillment process, serving as the main point of contact for all customer order-related issues.
  • Pricing Specialist: Ensure invoice accuracy, manage rebates, and oversee monthly pricing for assigned accounts.
  • Logistics Operations Specialist: Oversee delivery planning for shipments, handling issues across various transportation modes like rail, bulk truck, or pipeline.
  • Logistics Sourcing Specialist: Manage logistics services procurement, ensuring effective contract management for shipment routing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (or soon-to-be) in Supply Chain Management or other related field.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0, with strong academic performance.
  • Previous internships or co-op experience in a related field is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP software (especially SAP) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without needing visa sponsorship.
