Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
• J.D. and an active Minnesota law license in good standing
• 0-3 years of criminal law experience (internships, clerkships, or public defender experience welcomed)
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation mindset
• Excellent writing and negotiation skills
• High emotional intelligence and client advocacy focus
• Strong, highly proficient technical skills
