About the role As an Infocenter Technology Consulting Intern, you will join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship starting on June 1, 2026, working alongside ServiceNow experts on AI, automation, data, and integration use cases.

We will count on you to support client and internal projects, translate business needs into ServiceNow workflows, and prototype solutions that modernize operations. Support requirements-gathering and solution design, translating needs into ServiceNow workflows and user stories. Explore and configure ServiceNow AI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist) using prompt and use-case best practices

Design and automate workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub; contribute to low-code solutions. Use Update Sets and sound versioning practices to track and promote configuration assets across environments. What we're looking for Currently enrolled in an UNDERGRADUATE degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 OR May 2027 Understanding of basic programming/scripting concepts and data structures (coding experience helpful but optional). Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and interest in enterprise AI applications.

Conceptual understanding of workflow automation, low-code platforms, or enterprise systems; basic ServiceNow fundamentals. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with a proactive learning mindset. What you can expect Freedom to work from another location-even an international destination-for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.
