Position Summary
The Assistant Starbucks Manager supports the Starbucks Manager in overseeing all aspects of the in-store Starbucks licensed kiosk operation, including customer service, beverage quality, food safety, merchandising, labor management, inventory control, and partner development. This position helps ensure Starbucks brand standards and company expectations are consistently met while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving department performance goals.
Key Responsibilities Department Operations
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks department.
  • Ensure Starbucks recipes, beverage standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
  • Monitor product availability, ordering, receiving, and inventory levels.
  • Support execution of promotional programs, seasonal launches, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations and customer areas.
  • Ensure operational readiness throughout all business hours.
Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional interactions.

Qualifications Preferred Experience
  • Previous Starbucks, coffee shop, food service, or retail experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred.
