This is a staff physician position offering the opportunity to practice clinically in a well-supported emergency department while working collaboratively with an established emergency medicine residency program.

  • Coverage: 47 hours of physician, plus 36 hours of APC
  • Shifts: 8-10 hours

Facility Description
Founded in 1918, St. Rita's Medical Center has served the Lima community and west central Ohio for a century. Medical services at the facility include emergency medicine, cancer treatment, women's health, pediatrics, sports medicine and rehabilitation and behavioral health services. St. Rita's is a member of Mercy Health, the largest health system in Ohio and has been widely recognized for providing world-class care. In 2018 alone, St. Rita's was named a Top Hospital by IBM Watson Health, became one of only 13 facilities named an Everest award winner for fastest-improving over five years and received an "A" Hospital Safety Grade from the Leapfrog Group.
