Job description

Position : BI Reports Developer
Location : Sacramento, CA
Duration : 24 months
Mandatory Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of seven years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Designing and implementing data extract using Replication, Stored Procedures and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Developing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Server (SSRS).
Stored procedures creation, debugging, optimization and database performance tuning and monitoring.
All phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) for database development, report writing and report administration.
Business intelligence tools like Visual Studio Business Intelligence Module or Microsoft Power BI.
Data warehouse concepts and architecture.
Producing requirements documents, systems architecture and interfaces, data model diagrams, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals.
Desirable Qualifications:
Additional years with mandatory qualifications.
Experience providing training and mentoring to people with various skill levels.
Experience with Electronic Health Care Record Systems.
Experience in supporting enterprise solutions within a health care and/or correctional environment.
Experience with organizational change management.
