Francis High School, a Catholic college preparatory school in the Capuchin Franciscan tradition, seeks a creative, organized, and mission-driven Sports Information Coordinator to lead the promotion, communication, and storytelling of our athletic programs. This position serves as the primary communications and media resource for athletics and is responsible for showcasing student-athlete achievements, enhancing school spirit, and strengthening engagement with students, families, alumni, and the broader community through digital media, publications, and event coverage. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Create and publish athletic news, game recaps, feature stories, press releases, and student-athlete spotlights.

Manage athletic social media platforms and develop engaging digital content, including photography, graphics, videos, and promotional campaigns. Capture, edit, and publish video content, including highlights, interviews, and special features. Maintain athletic webpages, schedules, rosters, statistics, records, and announcements.

Support livestream broadcasts, game-day communications, and event coverage. Compile athletic statistics and historical records. Collaborate with coaches, students, admissions, advancement, and school leadership to promote athletic programs and school initiatives.

Mentor student media interns, photographers, broadcasters, and sports information assistants. Support and uphold the Catholic and Franciscan mission of St. Francis High School.

Experience with photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation. Familiarity with social media strategy, analytics, and digital engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
