We're passionate about being involved and contributing to the success and progress of each of our GIG Communities.
We pursue these passions because ALLO leaders have created a workplace where folks are valued, ideas are heard, and leaders and teammates show up for each other at work and in life.

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital support role within our Door-to-Door (D2D) and third-party sales ecosystem, responsible for the day-to-day tasks of ALLO's high-performing direct sales channel. Reporting directly to the Manager of D2D Logistics and Operations, this individual ensures smooth day-to-day execution by owning routine reporting, data management, and commission processing.
Colorado Residents: The starting pay range for this position is $20 to $27 per hour, based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Manage routine daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting for internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. Ensure accurate data entry across sales platforms and CRMs to provide data-driven insights.
  • Commission Review: Process standard commission reviews and calculations for the D2D sales group. Audit and reconcile vendor sales reports against internal data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Planning and PON Assignment Management: Oversee the daily assignment and routing of sales leads to D2D teams and third-party vendors. Track lead disposition and ensure data integrity within the lead management system.
  • General Administrative & Logistics Support: Assist with D2D logistical needs (tracking inventory for uniforms/gear, maintaining databases for peddler permits). Serve as the first point of contact for basic operational inquiries from vendor partners.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred 1-3 years in an administrative coordinator & analytics role.

  • Previous sales support or operations experience preferred.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret sales reports to provide actionable insights.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling commission data and sales metrics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while effectively prioritizing tasks.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and all Microsoft Office Suite.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer

People are our passion. At ALLO, we don't treat you like a number. You're a human being.

  • Free internet? You bet. Plus, awesome discounts on other ALLO services.

  • Retirement Plan: The fiber future isn't the only one we care about. We match your 401(k) savings up to 5%.

  • Health and Wellness: Participate in quarterly wellness challenges, and we'll deposit extra cash into your checking or health savings accounts.

  • Benefits: Our benefits include medical, vision, and dental with low employee costs. Not to mention generous Earned Time Off (ETO) program.

  • Sponsorships: Are you passionate about a local fundraiser or philanthropy? We strive to give back to what matters most to our communities.
