Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together. YOUR MISSION We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career who is passionate about ensuring product quality within the software lifecycle, learning automation tooling and collaborating with developers in a fast pace industry. RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute manual and automated test cases against a full stack software * Document and report software defects within the software lifecycle in Jira * Participate in an agile team sprint planning/stand ups * Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and reproduce issues * Assist in maintaining a growing test repository of manual and automated scripts within Playwright framework * Continuous contribution to QA standards and testing processes QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree in computer science or related field/equivalent education * 0-2 years experience in software qa/testing (internships included) * General understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and Agile processes * Basic understanding of coding languages (preferred java script) * Familiarity with Jira ticketing and Git * Strong attention to detail and problem solving * Strong communication skills * U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Exposure to automation tooling (playwright/cypress/selenium) * Experience with API tooling * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (github actions/ jenkins, etc.) * Motivated to learn and grow within QA industry * Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset * Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fast paced environment * Flexible mindset COMPENSATION * Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 * Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Work Location-this is a fully onsite role.
