What are you doing this summer? If you enjoy leveraging data to identify and solve complex business problems, our Analyst Development Program Internship might be for you.  When you take part in this 11-week internship, you'll have the opportunity to research, analyze, and recommend solutions that can impact business decisions at one of the leading property and casualty insurance companies in the country. 

 

The details: 

    • You'll work individually and as part of a team to gather and analyze data using both qualitative and quantitative methods-all while you enhance your skills and refine your business acumen in the fast-paced insurance industry. 
    • You'll participate in a curated training curriculum to enhance your analytical and technical skills. 
    • This internship position will also allow you to explore a possible full-time position at Liberty Mutual, a global Fortune 100 company.
Qualifications

What you've got:

    • You have 0-2 years of related professional experience. 
    • You are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
    • A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
    • You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.  
    • You have some experience with, or a strong desire to learn, technical tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel; data and analytics technologies such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Snowflake; data visualization tools such as Power BI; and emerging AI tools and techniques used to support data analysis and business insights.
    • You can commit to a full-time, 11-week internship program, starting on June 1st, 2027 and ending on August 13th, 2027.
    • You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
