This position will efficiently manage inventory, pack/ship, and process returns on all order types for our glasses brand, The Framery by 1-800 Contacts.

  • This role is located at the SLC Lab (2595 Custer Road SLC, UT 84104)
  • Start Date: June 8th, 2026
  • The shift is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 2:00pm - 12:00am
  • Starting Base Pay: $18.50 per hour

What you'll do
Ship
  • Ensure that all complete jobs are shipped quickly, accurately, and beautifully.
  • Maintain acceptable levels of orders shipped per hour.
  • Upgrade shipping method on necessary orders in order to meet SLAs.
  • Partner with our talented Lab team to rush jobs, locate missing jobs, and improve processes to ship multiple frame orders more quickly.
  • Have excellent knowledge of all software programs and ability to troubleshoot system/printer issues.

Receive
  • Process customer returns and refunds fully in a timely manner.
  • Clean and inspect return inventory and accurate add to return location.
  • Maintain acceptable levels of return orders per hour/person.
  • Systematically receive in and physically put away purchase orders that range in size from 5 units to 10,000 units in a timely matter.

Inventory
  • Participate in weekly and/or monthly inventory and consumable counts.
  • Maintain accuracy when picking, replenishing, and counting inventory.

Prep/Other
  • Clean and Restock stations with supplies. Assemble boxes to prep for shipping volumes.
  • Communicate to customers or the customer service team any foreseeable delays to an order or partial shipment alerts.
  • Maintain a clean and friendly environment.
