Altus is seeking a Senior Mission Integrator to serve as a trusted technical advisor and integrator supporting the development, delivery, and operational utility of National Space System capabilities. This role leads cross‑disciplinary efforts that connect architecture development, acquisition activities, and user mission needs to ensure intelligence data is delivered effectively to the tactical edge. The position requires deep experience with National space and ground systems, strong systems engineering acumen, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple technical domains. The Senior Mission Integrator builds and sustains collaborative relationships across the IC, DoD, FFRDC, and SETA communities, providing clear, authoritative insight to government stakeholders. This individual identifies opportunities for innovation, drives integration across complex enterprise environments, and ensures mission outcomes are achieved through disciplined engineering, resource stewardship, and proactive engagement with senior government officials.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to architecture development, acquisition activities, user engagement functions and other classified capabilities that increase the utility of intelligence data
- Develop solutions and drive delivery of National systems data to the edge
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple scientific and engineering disciplines
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Aerospace organizations and customer stakeholders across the IC and DoD enterprise
- Manage resources to meet customer needs and comply with customer and Aerospace policies
- Identify and develop opportunities for Altus to insert innovative solutions to user needs
- Implement policies, practices, and operating processes and recommends improvements to management.
- Cooperate and communicate frequently with FFRDC, SETA, mid-level, and senior government officials to coordinate and report progress, issues, and results.
- Occasional travel within the US (approx. 10%)
Required Qualifications:
- Twelve (12) or more years of experience with National space and ground systems with demonstrated increasing responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering-related technical discipline
- Practical experience with tactical use of national systems data
- Demonstratable experience working in a systems engineering effort such as
- system requirements development and flow-down;
- system integration, verification, and validation;
- readiness reviews;

- Current Top Secret/SCI with SSBI
- This position requires the ability to have and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with military and/or intelligence systems development.
- Former DoD Space Cadre
- Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills for interactions at all levels
- Previous support to National Security Space programs
- Advanced degree or qualifications in engineering, science, mathematics, or related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Direct support of a government customer in a program office
- Familiarity with DOD and IC applications of national systems and user needs
