This role will focus on delivering complex platform enhancements, custom applications, workflows, and integrations while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and be capable of providing architectural guidance and technical leadership for platform enhancements, solution design, and implementation strategies. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business and technical requirements.
  • Lead and contribute to major platform enhancement initiatives and modernization efforts.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow components, including:
    • Custom Applications
    • Business Rules
    • Client Scripts

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban).
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and development framework.

  • Proficiency with:
