From polished animations to interactive video campaigns, youโ€™ll bring stories to life in ways that spark emotion and connection.

Position Overview

The Designer, Video & Motion / Motion Graphics Artist creates engaging, dynamic visuals that bring stories to life across digital channels. From animations and motion graphics to interactive campaigns, youโ€™ll deliver work that captivates and inspires.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.

This range is aligned with market rates for Motion Graphic Artist positions across our hiring locations. While the range is competitive for inโ€‘house and midโ€‘sized teams, final compensation will be determined based on a candidateโ€™s skills, experience, and the value they bring to the role, with flexibility to recognize unique strengths and expertise.

Location
  • New York, NY (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote)
  • Irving, TX (2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote)
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, video, and interactive experiences.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, and creative leads to build cohesive storytelling.
  • Ensure all motion assets align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Manage multiple motion projects with speed and precision.
  • Experiment with emerging motion design trends, tools, and techniques.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of professional motion design experience.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation tools.
  • Skilled at creating 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, and video assets.
  • Strong eye for storytelling, visual rhythm, and pacing.
  • Knowledge of video production workflows, including editing, rendering, and file optimization.
  • Familiar with audio design principles and how sound enhances motion graphics.
  • Able to adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast.
  • Detailโ€‘oriented with excellent typography, layout, and design fundamentals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple projects in fastโ€‘paced environments.
  • Naturally curious, keeping up with emerging motion trends, tools, and creative techniques.
  • Must have agency experience.
  • An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing motion design work is required.
