Motion Graphics Designer job at Insight Global. Universal City, CA. A fast‑paced, creative marketing team is seeking a Designer / Motion Graphics Animator with strong graphic design and animation skills. This is a full‑time contract position based in Los Angeles, working in a hybrid capacity (minimum three days per week in‑office).

Responsibilities
  • Design and animate motion graphics for on‑air, paid media, social, and digital creative campaigns
  • Customize and evolve promo graphics toolkits
  • Translate creative briefs into concepts both independently and collaboratively
  • Design custom creative for live events, outdoor billboards, merchandise, and digital banners
  • Develop stylescapes, mood boards, and digital assets based on campaign strategy
  • Create social media content toolkits and visual style guides for partners/agencies
  • Help produce presentation decks to communicate design strategy
  • Collaborate with writers, producers, art directors, and creative leads
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms and 360 marketing campaigns
  • Design logos and title treatments for cross‑platform use
  • Ensure proper file management and asset delivery protocols
  • Create all required versions and tune‑in graphics for delivery
Skills and Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)
