Scheduled days and hours: 830am – 5pm Tues-Sat, off Sun & Mon


SUMMARY/EXPECTATIONS 

Manages day to day business of the assigned site/facility as per company policy and procedures. Meets or exceeds sales and profit objectives. Builds/Maintains business relationships within the local market. Demonstrates excellent customer service, committed to customer satisfaction. Provide customer service, lease storage units or parking spaces, market property within the local area, manage collections for past-due accounts, administrative business functions and light maintenance of the property.  


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

· Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through email. 

· Assist customers with selecting the right storage solution and completing rental agreements. 

· Meet and exceed monthly rental and sales goals. 

· Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts. 

· Manage delinquent accounts and follow company collection procedures. 

· Perform daily property inspections to ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. 

· Coordinate with vendors and maintenance contractors as needed. 

· Maintain accurate records and complete daily operational reports. 

· Promote tenant protection plans and other company services. 

· Build relationships within the local community to help generate new business. 

· Ensure company policies and procedures are followed while maintaining a safe and professional environment.


OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Enforce rules governing the property

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer concerns.
  • Comfortable handling high foot traffic and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use management software and mobile technology.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous self-storage or related industry experience is a plus. 
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbally (English) 
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and have acceptable results of a background check
  • Current valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Physical Requirements

  • Sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to traverse entire property for audit, lock removal or tour purposes 
  • Ability to bend, twist and lift
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs. of pressure; occasionally lift or move up to 40 lbs. of pressure
