Our company is seeking a self-storage operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including collecting rents, customer service, cleanliness and maintenance. The storage operator will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the facility is kept secure at all times. We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and are interested in growing with our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow storage policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of storage materials and equipment.
  • Monitor storage space utilization.
  • Call customers as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform regular inspections of the storage facility for damage or deterioration.
