We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and detail-oriented Associate to join our Investor Relations team at a publicly traded global fashion company.
This is a high-visibility role providing exposure to senior management, institutional investors, sell-side research analysts and strategic partners. The Associate will support both the Company's Investor Relations activities and Corporate Development initiatives, with the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the fashion industry, capital markets, financial analysis, M&A and corporate strategy.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, an excellent communicator and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This individual will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and play an important role in preparing materials and analysis used in internal and external decision-making.

  • Support the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, financial analysis and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain and update investor relations materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, financial data and company fact sheets.
  • Support preparation of presentations and analysis for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Review SEC filings, earnings releases, investor presentations and industry research.
  • Track sell-side analyst estimates, consensus expectations and changes to earnings forecasts.
  • Monitor daily stock performance, trading activity, analyst commentary, investor sentiment and relevant market developments.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of the Company's stock performance relative to peers and relevant market indices.
  • Maintain detailed peer-company databases covering financial performance, valuation, operating metrics and investor expectations.
  • Assist with preparation for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows and management presentations.
  • Coordinate investor and analyst meeting schedules and maintain accurate records of investor interactions.
  • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for senior management ahead of investor meetings.
  • Monitor shareholder composition, institutional ownership and changes in the Company's investor base.
  • Assist with maintaining the Company's Investor Relations website and external communications.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, consumer trends and other factors affecting the Company's investment thesis.
  • Respond to routine investor and analyst information requests and coordinate responses with internal departments.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects.

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, investor relations, consulting or corporate development are strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and understand the key drivers of a publicly traded company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Experience building financial models.
  • Familiarity with SEC filings and public-company financial reporting.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated interest in financial markets, investing and the consumer/fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with AlphaSense or similar financial databases.
