• Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
• Translating client's business needs into business requirements and participating in the production of solutions to drive business value.
• Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Demonstrated programming proficiency and experience with 1 of the following (Java, C++, Python, Scala, R, SAS, SQL, Hadoop, HTML, SPSS, VBA, Tableau, Spark, Angular, ReactJS), as well as systems design/development, and information technology course work
• Exposure to web services, API and Java application frameworks such as Springboot
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution
• Familiarity with generative AI modeling, ethics, and methodologies
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture, infrastructure concepts and cloud platforms AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and Google Cloud
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
• Preferred Majors: MIS, CS, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, User experience design, Web development
• Have flexibility to work across architecture - building both front end and backend
• Help maintain and improve code quality, organization, and automatization
• Communicate with stakeholders on technical issues Design and code servers, services, applications and databases on platforms such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle that are reusable, scalable and meet critical architecture goals.
• Aptitude for efficient workflow processes and/or domain specific experience (customer employee or IAT) business rules
• Understanding of ITIL for IT workflow areas
• Certifications: Oracle Academy, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM certifications
• Experience: ERP/system implementation projects, database coursework, cloud projects using OCI/Oracle Cloud, internships, or capstone projects
• Skills/Tech: SQL/PLSQL, cloud basics, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs), data migration tools (FBDI, HDL), reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
• Demonstrated business process knowledge (ERP, HCM, SCM) and client interaction experience (e.g., internships, consulting clubs, presentations)
• Working with a variety of relational databases (SQL, Postgres, DB2, MongoCB) operating systems (Linux, Windows, iOS, Android), and modern UI frameworks (Backbone.js, AngularJS, React, Ember.js, Bootstrap and JQuery)
