You will receive the same orientation training as our full-time engineers, you will be matched with an individual mentor, and you will be committing production code by the end of your first week. In the course of your internship or Co-op, you will be tasked with one or more mission-critical projects and make meaningful contributions to LiveRamp's success. Internships are 12 weeks long. Should we want to extend you a full-time offer after you graduate, we ask that you would be willing to consider this at the end of your internship.

You will:

  • Support Salesforce development and administration activities across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud environments

  • Assist with configuration, testing, and enhancement of Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and basic Apex/LWC components

  • Work with large datasets to help improve data quality, enrichment, and reporting

  • Support AI-driven initiatives using tools such as Salesforce AI capabilities, GPT-based tools, data enrichment platforms, and workflow automation

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency

  • Help document technical solutions, user stories, and system processes

  • Collaborate with Business Systems, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Engineering teams on GTM initiatives

  • Participate in QA/UAT testing and production support activities

  • Build dashboards and insights that help teams make data-driven decisions

Your team will:

This team supports the Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent business systems that enable go-to-market operations, reporting, and process scale. They partner across Business Systems, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to deliver automation, improve data quality, and enhance operational visibility. They explore practical uses of AI, workflow automation, and analytics to help teams work more efficiently and make better decisions.

About you:

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Objects, Fields, Flows, Reports, SOQL, Security Model)

  • Exposure to Salesforce development concepts such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, or integrations

  • Strong interest in AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven problem solving

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, datasets, and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus

  • Curious mindset with willingness to learn new technologies quickly

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

The approximate hourly compensation range is $22.00 to $30.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
