SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Zing Health seeks a talented and experienced Salesforce business analyst to empower our healthcare business operations team.

You will be responsible for developing and documenting custom business and design requirements for Zing Health's Salesforce platform that meet satisfy operational and clinical needs. You will also work with other IT teams in defining and detailing data integration requirements between Salesforce and other systems, including the company's data warehouse.

The ideal candidate has a strong background with Salesforce applications, as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions. Health Cloud and healthcare industry experience is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Contributing to the development of custom solutions by designing and documenting Salesforce enhancements and automation processes.
  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.
  • Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
  • Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and other team members to identify and implement improvements for the system.
  • Ensure all Salesforce configurations and integrations comply with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for healthcare platforms.
  • Translate healthcare workflows into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and release notes specifically for Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Create wireframes, process flows, and data mappings to visualize complex patient care journeys.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality, data, and integration.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations.
  • Provide intake coordination for enhancement and support request tickets and ensure that requests are clearly defined and justified.
  • Assist the Salesforce development manager in assigning work to the team based on business priorities and team skillsets.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, IT, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or digital health
  • Strong communication skills to help you translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields.
  • Needs analysis, eliciting requirements, business case definition, requirements writing, and requirements review.
  • Flow and process diagramming, wireframing, business data analytics, and problem solving.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to interpret data models, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, process maps, and documentation using tools like Visio.
  • Experience developing requirements for integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and integration tools.
  • Experience with SQL and SOQL.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Project management and agile development skills.

  • Experience leading scrums and offshore development and QA teams.
