Job Description:

Boba-n-Chai is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bobaristas & Rolled Ice Cream Makers to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will prepare high-quality boba drinks and freshly made rolled ice cream for our customers, ensuring every order is crafted with care and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Boba Drinks: Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of boba tea drinks, flavored coconut waters, and warm seasonal drinks.
  • Rolled Ice Cream: Create rolled ice cream with customized toppings and designs, maintaining quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all items meet presentation and taste standards before serving.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
