Summary of Job Duties:
Serve as a visible presence within the residence halls during assigned shifts
Assist with monitoring student behavior and enforcing residence hall policies and procedures
Respond to student concerns, questions, and minor conflicts in a professional and respectful manner
Conduct routine rounds of the residence hall to ensure safety, security, and facility cleanliness
Assist with documenting incidents, policy violations, and maintenance concerns
Support emergency response efforts and notify professional staff or campus police when necessary
Provide basic guidance and referrals to students regarding campus resources and services
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, room inspections, and occupancy verification as needed
Communicate effectively with Residential Life staff regarding hall activity and student needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
