Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Market Manager for an established staffing operation in Wichita, Kansas. This leadership position is ideal for a proven staffing industry professional who can drive sales growth, lead recruiting operations, coach high-performing teams, and oversee the overall success of the branch. POSITION OVERVIEW
This position leads an established staffing office by developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, driving recruiting performance, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will coach and develop Business Developers, Employment Specialists, Front Office Coordinators, and Recruiting Specialists while maintaining accountability for sales, recruiting, profitability, and customer satisfaction. :contentReference[oaicite:1]index=1
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day branch operations
Drive business development and office sales growth
Hire, coach, mentor, and develop recruiting and sales teams
Hold employees accountable to recruiting and sales metrics
Conduct client presentations and pricing negotiations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Oversee recruiting, payroll, compliance, and financial performance
Represent the organization within the local business community
Travel locally to client locations as needed
Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve branch objectives
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000
Production Incentives
Expected First-Year Earnings: $70,000-$75,000

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience REQUIRED
2-3 Years of Sales and Leadership Experience REQUIRED
Previous Leadership Experience Within the Staffing Industry REQUIRED
Experience Leading Both Recruiting and Sales Teams REQUIRED
Experience Hiring, Coaching, and Developing Employees REQUIRED
Consultative Selling Experience REQUIRED
Strong Communication, Questioning, and Listening Skills REQUIRED
Knowledge of SSL, SLII, and RPA Leadership Models REQUIRED
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM Proficiency REQUIRED
Ability to Work Independently and Make Sound Business Decisions REQUIRED
Comfortable Negotiating Pricing and Presenting Staffing Solutions REQUIRED
Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) Preferred
