Designs, builds, and deploys robotic process automation solutions by translating business requirements into scalable automated workflows, ensuring highquality, reliable bots that improve efficiency across Netsmart's processes and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks using robotic process automation (RPA).

  • Gather process requirements from key stakeholders, assess automation feasibility, and identify automation opportunities.

  • Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability.

  • Deploy robotic process automation software and components, such as bots, orchestrators, development tools, and integrations.

  • Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues.

  • Perform quality checks, code review, and testing in development and production environments.

  • Collaborate on cross-functional teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant certifications in RPA technologies

  • At least 1 year UiPath or another RPA tool or software engineering work experience

  • Basic programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
