JOB SUMMARY:

Home Matters Caregiving is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work part-time on home care client care management. In this role you will primarily be creating and managing individual client's care plans in their home or community.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who has a compassionate heart, excellent customer service and focus, and strong clinical knowledge and skills. You are able to observe and communicate effectively in your client's best interest, and can develop and maintain care plans that meet their specific and unique needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Excellent client care skills

  • First aid/CPR certification

  • Current TB test

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Home care initial assessments and validations

  • Home care supervisory visits

  • Document and report on any client changes in conditions

  • Maintain accurate records of patient care

  • Discuss observations with Office Administrator, clients and their families

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Schedule: Flexibility for timely client visits
