Area Director of Resident Care (RN) – Assisted Living & Memory CareFull-Time | Multi-Site Clinical Support RoleHome Community The Landings of Canton Hills- Canton, GA | Travel to The Cambridge- Smyrna, GA

The Landings at Canton Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care and The Cambridge Assisted Living & Memory Care are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations across our two Georgia senior living communities.

This leadership role is ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring teams, building strong resident relationships, and supporting excellence in assisted living and memory care services. The primary work location is Canton, GA, with occasional travel to Smyrna, GA. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

  • Support clinical operations for assisted living and memory care residents across two communities

  • Provide guidance and support to Director of Resident Care teams

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and clinical standards

  • Conduct resident assessments, care plan reviews, and wellness monitoring

  • Oversee medication management and documentation accuracy

  • Assist with infection control and staff education initiatives

  • Participate in resident and family care conferences

  • Support survey readiness and quality assurance processes

  • Mentor, coach, and support caregiving and clinical staff

  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Assist with staffing support, scheduling oversight, and clinical leadership needs

  • Promote excellent customer service and resident-centered care

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred

  • Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior living preferred

  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

  • Compassionate and resident-focused leadership style

  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

  • Proficient with computers and clinical documentation systems

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
